How it works

Three steps to your personalized program.

Every Harmony client starts here. The consultation is where we assess your surfaces, screen for pets and sensitivities, and build the customized plan that becomes your program.

Free In-Home Consultation

We visit your home, walk through every room, and take notes. What surfaces do you have? Hardwood? Granite? Marble? Sealed tile? We identify what needs special care and what products are safe for each surface. We also ask about your household — pets, children, allergies, sensitivities — so we know exactly what's appropriate and what isn't.

Your Custom Harmony Program

Based on the consultation, we design your personalized cleaning plan. This includes which plant-based products we'll use on each surface, which rooms get priority, and whether your home qualifies for our optional Aromatherapy Collection (five curated essential oil blends — available only after a safety screening for pets and sensitivities).

Consistent, Reliable Service

Your Harmony Program stays with your home. We follow the same plan every visit, so nothing gets overlooked. If your needs change — new flooring, a new pet, a new baby — we update the program.

Every Harmony Program visit covers your full home, top to bottom.

Kitchen — Counters, sinks, cooktop, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, floors, with surface-appropriate plant-based products
Bathrooms — Tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, floors, using plant-based solutions safe for tile, stone, and grout
Bedrooms — Dusting, surfaces, floors, made beds (if linens are out)
Living areas — Dusting, surfaces, floors, vacuumed upholstery
Throughout — All glass, fixtures, switch plates, baseboards, trash and recycling out
Vacuum — German-engineered Miele with HEPA filtration for cleaner air, not just cleaner floors. A better clean for allergy- and asthma-sensitive homes

How often is right for you?

Most Chagrin Valley households land on bi-weekly, but the right answer depends on your space, your schedule, and how much foot traffic comes through.

Weekly

Best for busy households, larger homes, families with kids or pets, aging-in-place clients, or anyone who wants their home consistently guest-ready.

Bi-Weekly

Our most popular cadence. The right balance between cost and consistency for most Chagrin Valley homes.

Monthly

Good for smaller homes, low-traffic spaces, or as a supplement to your own regular tidying.
