Harmony was founded by Brook & Brad with a shared frustration: why does "clean" have to mean harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and rotating crews who don't know your home?
We built Harmony to be the cleaning company we wished we could hire. Every product is genuinely unscented and plant-based. Every client gets a personalized Harmony Program designed around their specific home. And every household gets screened for pets, allergies, and sensitivities before we bring a single product through the door.
We're not trying to be the biggest cleaning company in Northeast Ohio. We're trying to be the most thoughtful one.

Every home is different. Different surfaces, different sensitivities, different priorities. Our Harmony Program is built around yours — not a generic routine we use for every client.
No "eco upgrade" pricing. Every cleaning service uses plant-based, EPA Safer Choice and USDA Biobased products with our HEPA-filtered Miele. It's the only way we work.
Before any scented product enters your home, we screen for pets, children, allergies, and surface sensitivities. If something isn't safe for your household, we don't use it.

A truly clean home doesn't need to smell like lavender, lemon or pine. That's why every product in our cleaning kit is genuinely unscented, with the option to add a scent you love that suits your home.
But we also believe your home is yours. If you love walking into a home that smells like a spa, or a garden, or a cozy cabin — we can make that happen. Our Aromatherapy Collection uses USDA Organic oils (where available), mixed transparently into our unscented base products, but only after we've confirmed it's safe for every member of your household. Including the four-legged ones.
