The Harmony Program is our signature service. Instead of using the same generic checklist for every home, we start with a free in-home consultation to assess your surfaces, learn about your household (pets, children, sensitivities), and build a customized cleaning plan tailored specifically to your home. Your Harmony Program stays with your home and is followed on every visit.
Most of our products are plant-based and independently eco-certified rather than certified organic — they carry recognitions such as EPA Safer Choice, USDA Biobased, EWG Verified, MadeSafe, and Leaping Bunny. The essential oils in our Aromatherapy Collection are USDA Organic certified.
We're careful about this distinction because it matters: "organic" has a specific legal meaning, and we'd rather tell you exactly what our products are — genuinely plant-based, unscented by default, and independently certified for safety.
We take safety very seriously. Before adding any essential oil to your cleaning, we conduct a household screening that covers pets, children, allergies, pregnancy, and surface types. Many common essential oils are harmful to cats, birds, and small animals, so we automatically default those households to our unscented products. We use only USDA Organic where available, GC-MS tested oils at dilutions recommended by professional aromatherapy guidelines, and we never apply undiluted oils to any surface.
Our screening is our own safety protocol, not veterinary or medical advice — for specific concerns about your pet or anyone in your home with a health condition, please consult your veterinarian or physician.
We love cats, and that's exactly why we default cat households to unscented. Most essential oils contain compounds that cats cannot safely metabolize, even from residue on surfaces. This is one of the reasons Harmony exists — to be the cleaning company that actually asks about your pets before introducing scented products. Your cat's safety is non-negotiable for us.

Our Aromatherapy Collection is designed to create a pleasant sensory experience and atmosphere in your home — we're a cleaning company, not a healthcare provider, so we focus on making your home smell wonderful rather than making medical claims. The upcharge covers the cost of premium essential oils (USDA Organic where available, which aren't cheap), dedicated scent-specific spray bottles and cloths to reduce cross-contamination, and the additional time to pre-emulsify and mix your blend fresh. It also reflects the safety screening, consent documentation, and logging we do for every scented client. We think that level of care is worth it.
We offer five curated blends that have been carefully designed for safety, surface compatibility, and broad appeal. This keeps our quality consistent and our cross-contamination controls tight. As we grow and learn our clients' preferences, we may introduce seasonal blends or limited customization options. For now, there's a blend for every mood — and unscented is always available.
Three things. First, we're truly unscented by default — most "green" companies use products that are fragranced with essential oils or synthetic blends whether you want them or not. Second, scent is an opt-in, not an opt-out — you choose from our five curated blends after a safety screening, or you stay unscented. Third, full transparency — we'll tell you every oil in your blend, the exact concentration, and the supplier's lab test results. Few cleaning companies in our area offer this level of care.
